Shipping Policy – Indian Ceramic Art Foundation

At the Indian Ceramic Art Foundation (ICAF), we are committed to ensuring that your subscribed magazine reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver all subscription orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All subscription orders are processed within 1 working day from the time the order is placed on our website.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with shipping details (tracking ID if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

  • Magazines are shipped via reliable courier partners or India Post, depending on your location and service availability.

  • Standard delivery times:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Non-metro cities & towns: 5–7 working days

    • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or festivals.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is included in your magazine subscription fee unless otherwise specified.

  • No additional delivery charges apply for regular subscription deliveries.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address details.

  • ICAF is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a magazine is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery may incur an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

  • If your magazine arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

  • In case of non-delivery within the expected timeline, contact us with your order details. We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement copy if needed.

Change of Address

  • Subscribers must notify us at least 7 days before the next issue dispatch if they wish to change their delivery address.

  • Address updates can be requested through our website or customer support email.

International Shipping

  • At the moment, ICAF offers magazine delivery within India only.

  • For international subscribers, digital access options may be introduced soon.
